At Kiara Health AI, operated under the developer entity Dr. Pinal Bhavsar, we respect your right to privacy and total control over your personal information. In full accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP Act), any user who has created an account or used our application can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

Option 1: Request Account Deletion via Web Form (No Login Required)

You can submit an account deletion request directly through this form. You do not need to be logged in. Upon receiving your request, our team will verify and permanently purge your account and associated data within 7 to 14 business days.

✓ Your account deletion request has been submitted successfully to Dr. Pinal Bhavsar and the Kiara Health AI privacy team. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address, and all personal data associated with your account will be permanently purged from our servers within 7 to 14 business days.

Option 2: Delete Your Account & Data In-App (Step-by-Step)

If you currently have the Kiara Health AI app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can perform an immediate in-app account reset and local data purge:

Open the Kiara Health AI app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the top right header navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Data & Privacy Protocol section.
Select Purge All Local Data & Request Account Erasure.
Confirm the action. This will immediately purge all cached clinical consultation logs, patient registry records, prescriptions, and authentication tokens from your device and sign you out.

What Data is Deleted vs. Retained?

When an account deletion request is completed for Kiara Health AI:

Permanently Deleted: Your account profile, email address, password hashes, doctor/clinic setup preferences, stored patient registry entries, saved PDF digital prescriptions, consultation logs, and Firebase Auth UID tokens.
Data Retained: Anonymized server security audit logs (containing non-identifying IP timestamps) may be retained for up to 30 days strictly for DDoS protection, anti-abuse monitoring, and statutory compliance, after which they are automatically purged.

All validated deletion requests submitted via web form or email are processed by our technical engineering team within 7 to 14 business days.
